- The scammer has the same interests
- The scammer gets rid of his/her profile after meeting you and discussing similar interests
- The scammer text and emails you – it includes pictures(but they are not the person)
- The scammer tells you that he/she has feelings for you
- You talk on the phone and text all the time(these text are sometimes sent by someone else)
- After a relationship is established, he/she talks about money
- Scammer now needs money(uses the excuse of – I need it for our future)
- Scammer now loves you
- Scammer sends flowers/gifts
- Scammer never video chats or meets you in person
