- TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS – Use your cellphone to document damage, injuries, and roadway. Take picture of the other vehicle’s tag number.
- Talk to witnesses, if able.
- Don’t talk to anyone at the scene about accident. Talk to your attorney and the police. After hiring attorney, let them handle to insurance companies.
- Document all injuries – keep all medical service and bills.
