Tampa Private Investigator: The Non-Discreet Cheat
Is it Ignorance or Arrogance?
That is the question I have sometimes when working a Infidelity case in Florida. While conducting surveillance, a private Investigator’s mind reflects on many aspects of the subject’s actions. The “cheaters” actions include:
- Blatant disregard for spouse. “I’m going out!” or “It’s your fault this marriage is failing”
- Leaves text messages from female, “co-workers” on phone in plain sight.
- Clothes smell different and he doesn’t care
- While with wife, flirts with other women
- When driving to encounter, has no regard for speed or his surroundings. Has one thing on the mind
- Tries to be a “big deal” when with the other woman. Talks loud and tries to be everyone’s best friend
- Even though he is having problems with wife, never suspects her of hiring a private investigator to conduct an infidelity investigation
I once conducted a surveillance in Tampa on a man that left his home and drove around his community to a street directly behind his house. He entered the home and stayed for 2 hours and then left with a female. Once inside his vehicle they kissed and drove off. Arrogance, perhaps. The cheating couple then went to a local restaurant for dinner. Approximately a mile away from the community. A hangout for many community members. The couple continue their flirting and holding hands throughout dinner. Of course, all on videotape.
Sometimes, it is complete arrogance and other times the cheater has ‘tunnel vision” and is so caught up in the new attraction/pursuit of another woman. This is also the scenario with online dating. The immediate rush when someone likes you on that dating site and you meet up with them. It always makes my life as a private investigator easier. They just don’t care who sees them.
Don’t fall for a CHEATERS excuses. Look for signs of infidelity and think about speaking to an experienced investigator. Whatever location – Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando or West Palm Beach, we are there.
