Cheating Spouse Investigations/Florida Surveillance
- The unfaithful spouse is often very bold when spending time with the mistress. They become immersed in the excitement of their encounters and are unaware of who may be following them. This excitement also makes their exposure even easier. In the State of Florida, their are strict laws that govern the activities of a private investigator. These are some of the do’s and don’t of the PI industry that help in the surveillance of a cheating spouse.
- We cannot record audio without the permission of all parties.
- We cannot enter a home without permission.
- As long as the client is part owner of a vehicle, a GPS tracker may be applied to the vehicle.
- We can install camera’s, with no audio, in a client’s residence.
- We can take the garbage from the home as long as it is curbside, at the end of property.
These were just examples of what a PI can and cannot do when investigating a cheating spouse. Keep these in mind when speaking to the investigator.
